Bypass...
I stayed only for one night, but gave to notice the organization, cleanliness and high-level reception. Ample cafeteria, very good breakfast, with varieties of pastry and cakes. The only negative point, was that at night, dinner is served only in the restaurant, do not take in the rooms...

Bad stay! I'll never come back!
I would like to show my dissatisfaction about the Linhares design hotel. There wasn't my triple room reservation. We had to be relocated to an apartment that was double, with a couch, to which my son had to sleep on the couch. Wasn't arranged. Cleaning was requested and no cleaning was done for a day. Breakfast, terrible. I had to keep asking for things to replace and the whole time being signaled that the coffee was already running out, that there was no way to replace it. I ordered the stuff for bed cleaning, which was not delivered. Ugly and poorly trained employees! I will never come back!!!

Nice but ordinary!
The proposal and location is good, but...
Care leaves nothing to be desired.
The cleanliness of the rooms is precarious: stitches on the walls, dusty surfaces, limo encased ceramics and the worst part: simply empty water from the bathroom above, something I can only define as "nox". I informed the receptionist that she was surprised, but by the photos the problem is not recent.
Air conditioning deserves a modernization, not to mention that they do the constant maintenance (smell of dust/mouth).

High price for what it offers
The care in the portaria is long. The air conditioning slipped in the bed. Hotel was full, finished breakfast items and there was no employee to replace.
There is no place to eat nearby and there was no restaurant in the hotel for dinner.

Points to improve
Median breakfast and small rooms. Prefer high floors to escape the street noise. But what bothered me most was that the restaurant doesn't take dinner in the room, being the only option to go down and eat on site. As I travel alone and at work, I don't like going out for dinner after I go pro hotel.
