Theft in the hotel -

Unfortunately in my stay, I took out of my room a bag with goods valued at +1 thousand reais, 1 Portable Mag Power Charger 10,000 mAh, 1 original iphone charger. And I didn't get a single apology. Or the hotel management was talking to me to give a satisfaction with occurred.
I felt literally insecure and careless. unsafe environment
Take care of your possessions. When you're at the hotel.

Disappointment

It was the last time I ate at this restaurant. The service was too long and we were forgotten. First and last time at this restaurant at night.

Enough to go to work

Simple but functional hotel, good service at the reception, clean room, reasonable coffee, compatible with the price, not expensive.
There's an old wing, which looks bad, but we haven't seen the rooms.
Well located, some restaurants and cafes nearby.

Unpleasant experience

Positive points:
- Location,
- Polite employees
- Hotel structure
- Academy with new equipment
- Air-conditioned working space
- Excellent room air conditioning
Negative points:
- Room without window and mould smell - Initially we were directed to a noisy room without window and with a horrible mould smell. There was mold on the ceiling of the whole bathroom. We requested room change and we were treated.
- Room cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired - The bathroom has limo throughout the shower area (see photo). With good cleaning, the problem would be easily solved.
- Lack of maintenance in the rooms - The soapper sticky on the wall inside the box, was broken (see photo). A simple maintenance, would solve the problem and would give no Impression of dirt.
- Towels and soaps counted - The accommodation booked was for a couple, so it is obvious that the hotel must provide at least 2 towels. There was only one towel and one soap.
You need to keep asking for things that are basic to a lodging.
Bad maid service - The room cleaning was carried out, but the towels were removed and were not returned. We're without towels. Soap and toilet paper were also not replaced. That is, we had to request everything again. The room service should serve just for that.
Breakfast - bad. We spent 4 nights in the hotel and these days only 2 of them were able to have breakfast downstairs.
In the first two days, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found a war scene.
Dirty tables, no glasses, cutlery and remnants of what was left.
There were only 2 employees at the restaurant, and we went to ask and they said that there were only 2 people to take care of the restaurant and that the hotel was full.
The staff, despite the confusion were very patient and tried to do what they could to serve everyone. But it was general chaos. I admit I've never been through that in a hotel.
The other days, we realized there were more employees. But still, I had some problems of lack of dishes, cutlery, cups etc. Basic things for a breakfast.
- Academy - It is located in an area "outside" of the hotel and has no fan and much less air conditioning, which makes it difficult to use due to the high temperatures of the city.
