Good hotel on the beach of Ponta Negra.

Spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Good breakfast s,morning with sandwiches and different types of meat and vegetables. Friendly staff in the restaurant at the pool bar. A friendly young man vd pool bar spoke good English. Excellently located in Ponta Negra. The shops and reataurants were all within walking distance. Nice swimming pool with some umbrellas, sun loungers and sitting areas. Really helpful staff. 15 Days in this hotel and went well.

Do not go to this hotel.

Total state of abandonment, humidity on the walls, leaks, cockroaches, a disaster. I am in a legal dispute due to the disaster that was my stay. I returned a few days ago. I had 3 room changes, all for the worse.

If wifi is needed avoid this hotel

room just discreet - disastrous wifi - breakfast room very small - I had to leave after a day (I had paid 3) because wifi did not work despite asking at the time of booking

I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. It's a 4-star hotel, but it really isn't. The rooms have different owners and the hotel administration only makes "manage" the check-in and check-out of the people. So if you have a problem with your room they do not solve anything, they pass you the whatsapp of the owner of the room to talk to him directly, and that is something that one did not have to do if for that he goes to a hotel!
Our experience was very bad, we were sold a standard room that in theory was for 4 people, when in fact it is a room for 2 people. Not even 4 people come in by chance. The room was too small, all tight. Microwave, ice cream, toaster, all next to the bed. Same bathroom sink, put detergent and sponge if you want to wash dishes where you brush your teeth.
Literally a shoebox the room.
Very bad cleaning, sheets, towels, all dirty, old, curtains disgusting. Even the soap didn't help you!
They put a lot of stuff into an ordinary double room, as if to justify that it's a 4-star hotel, but it really isn't.
Attention of the administration staff, the pool bar, a bad wave to attend.
You see the photos of the hotel and it seems a luxury, but it is not, the hotel is already old, lacks maintenance, cleaning and more...
In short, we stayed only 2 nights out of the 10 I paid, because we couldn’t stand it anymore!!! We checked out early and went to another hotel, because to go on vacation and have a hard time does not matter.
I upload some photos for you to see, and I also upload a shot of someone else who reviewed on google, who had a bad experience like us, as if to see that it is not just us who nailed anymore.
So I hope that someone reads this one and can save him from the bad time we had and no one else gets stuck.

Don't fall! It's a trap.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The pictures you see posted are a hoax. The hotel that sells as a 4 star hotel is far from it. The basics, which is cleanliness, don't meet it. It is a very come unless hotel, shabby and DIRTY! VERY DIRTY! All careless.
The attention leaves much to be desired. From the people at the reception to the people who attend the pool bar.
We were sold a room that was for 4 people, we were traveling 2 and we found it a good option to be comfortable with the bags. Miraculously we were entering 2 people. I had no light table, I had to use a chair. The black curtains of dirt, the bathroom door to tell you, an ecosystem of dirt I had. The sheets would dare say they were used. All percussed, dirty. The bedspread disgusts dirt and smell.
I will leave photos attached to my review because I do not want anyone else to fall for this scam. The pictures I post are just entering the room, in that state we receive everything.
The rooms have owners, who are the ones who manage them, then you will claim to the reception (3 people bet behind the counter permanently and tastefully) and do not give you an answer. They refer you to talk to the room owner by wapp. That's why I rent an airbnb.
We paid 10 days and left early at 2 days. We left the complaint in the book, requesting a refund and are still waiting for a response.
If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go! It's a trap and a scam!
