Friendly hotel with good food & facilities

This is generally a lovely hotel with good facilities and excellent communal areas. However, some of the rooms are a bit tired and in need of renovation. The hotel acknowledges this and is in the process of updating each room and building new ones.
Restaurant and pool bar food is good and very reasonably priced.
We had a few queries during our stay and Carol on the front desk was absolutely excellent in helping us with these - nothing was a bother to her. In fact, all staff were very polite and friendly.
Location was great - next to the beach and within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and shops. 24 hr supermarket next door.
Would stay again.

GREAT experience!

Carol and the rest of the staff was very helpful. When we had a problem with our room they immediately upgraded us and gave us another room. Very clean hotel!

Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again.

The Praiamar Hotel is located in a strategic area of Natal. Nearby, there are excellent restaurants, bars, drugstores, and a beautiful beach.
The hotel offers good infrastructure, but there are several aspects that should be improved, such as:
The rooms should be more comfortable. The shower could be more functional, and the bed more comfortable.
The food is the main problem at Praiamar Hotel. The quality should be greatly improved. Unfortunately, on some days, I would classify the meals as poor. The hotel administration should avoid repeating the same menu every day. During our stay at the hotel, the dinner menu was almost always the same.
Breakfast is acceptable, but it should include a wider variety of items. It is clear that the hotel urgently needs a nutritionist.
On the positive side, the staff are very polite and efficient. I truly appreciate their service.

Praiamar Beach Club needs improvement

Praiamar Express staff is very nice and professional, breakfast is amazing, rooms are nice too.
The Praiamar Beach Club needs improvement, especially the waiters, they don't pay attention to you, it happened that I ordered a meal but their system didn't register, so I had to go to the bar and ask (since the waiter wouldn't go to my table), in the end my meal arrived after nearly 1h.
