Excellent cost benefit
Excellent cost benefit hotel, in front of the beach! Full breakfast and loved the natural juices! All staff were polite and helpful!
We won a toast from the hotel which is the photo on the boat and with it we did a photographic essay with the hotel's partner team, Stanley Photography that I loved from Passion! The pictures are beautiful!

Worst experience of life!
1. Located in front of a traffic zone; 2. water slipped through the bedroom floor and the bathroom walls; 3. sheets fed mould! How can anyone call it a hotel! It's a fifth class guesthouse. I know the whole northeast, I always travel and this was the worst place I have ever stayed! It could never be noted above 8. How can people vote that way? In front of the hotel, it is very dangerous, as there are addicts and drug sale! The hotel has a completely poor structure, with old bed clothes. I talked to the staff that they didn't do anything to help me. I called the Decolar and nothing was resolved! I got pictures of this hostel! In the cafe, every day there was a fly crawling over the food. I spent 7 terrible days there, and Decolar did nothing to help me!

I would like to emphasize especially the excellent service of the staff of Stanley Fotografias and Matheus
I loved the hotel! It was an incredible experience. The breakfast is wonderful, with many options, the rooms are very comfortable and the location in front of the beach made it a lot easier.
I would like to highlight especially the excellent service of the Stanley Photographs team, who recorded wonderful photos of our family. The boys were super attentive to my niece at every moment, and that made all the difference. I also want to praise Matthew for the reception, attention and excellent service.
Thank you for making this experience even more special!

CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE
RELATION OF ABUSIVE PRACTICES AND FAILURE IN PROVISION OF SERVICES
I have formalized a complaint against Hotel Sirius and Hotel Atrius, due to serious failures in the provision of service and indications of abuse, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90).
When checking in at Hotel Sirius, I requested a stay extension until the 23rd day, and was expressly informed that the extension was confirmed. However, on Saturday, I was surprised by the refusal of stay, under allegation of lotaction, evidencing a failure in the offer and non-compliance with the previously adjusted service (arts. 30 and 35 of the CDC).
I was instructed by the manager Túlio and the employee Bianca to address me to the Hotel Atrius, on the grounds that I belonged to the same network and that my situation would be resolved. Following these guidelines, including booking via Booking, I found that none of the promised conditions were met.
At Hotel Atrius, I was subjected to the initial charge of R$ 756,00 per day — a value clearly higher than the average (between R$ 144,00 and R$ 178,00), characterizing a clearly excessive advantage (art. 39, V, of the CDC). After hours of wear and only by triggering the police authority, the value was reduced to R$ 500,00, still abusive. It should be noted that the acceptance occurred by state of necessity, in the absence of alternative nighttime.
In addition, serious irregularities were found:
• lack of clear and ostensive price information (art. 6TH, III, CDC);
• absence of supplier identification (CNPJ);
• lack of registration information in Cadastur;
• initial refusal to issue a tax note;
• imposition of minimum days without prior information to the consumer.
Such conduct constitutes a violation of the principles of transparency, objective good faith and balance in consumer relationships.
Given the facts, the failure to provide the service, abuse and injury to the consumer, which can be determined by the competent authorities, remains clear.

Living a Dream in Christmas
Location of excellent location, we were well served since we arrived with much attention. About the accommodations were perfect within what was our goal, super clean bathroom, common areas with a lot of organization and cleanliness, restaurant with great options for enhanced breakfast. The photographer Stanley who is a partner of the Hotel an extraordinary person, excellent professional who left us super at ease during the essay and learned to explore every corner for the essay "Nota 1000". We're already missing. Thank you all for providing us with this moment of confidence and tranquility in celebration of our eleven years of marriage.
