The hotel is in a great location. The beach was not crowded at all. Restaurants are a few minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not many people in Natal speak English.

Good service

The experience was exactly as shown in the photos. The room had the view we had requested, which made our stay even more special. All the staff were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, providing excellent service throughout our stay; thank you for that attention.
As a suggestion for improvement, I believe the menu for the included dinners could be a bit more varied, especially for those staying for several days. The à la carte options focus mainly on pasta, which can become repetitive over time, although they also offer a very varied buffet service.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

A super experience. New, comfortable hotel, excellent and varied food. The employees are super polite and attentive. It's not a lodging, it's an experience. I recommend.

Excellent hotel

Excellent service from all the staff both in the lobby and in the restaurant. Spacious rooms with all the comforts and accessories in the room that may be needed. Highlight Marcelo in the restaurant and the other colleagues for both breakfast and dinner. We are Roxanna and Daniel with 6 other family members. We are from Montevideo, Uruguay.

Traffic for staying in Natal

The Vogal hotel is very beautiful and elegant, a reception that begins with sparkling and education and it is on the last floor of the hotel. Ample room, very comfortable, balcony, has barrel support for the wet clothes of the beach days, very clean and smelly the room, very good bed, high quality sheets and towels and pillows very good. Ample bathroom with separate toilet part of the shower and sink, apart from hydro bath for two people. Amenities Loccitane Provence very good. Comfortable towels and 4 body towels for the couple, two for the face and two for the counter. The outside area is very beautiful and calm, there is a sun lounge between sun and shade and there is a space so that it does not get tumultured, different swimming pools with room temperature and heated, there is no room music to compose the environment. The drinks are good and the sandwiches as well, but as the whole menu is QR Code and the chairs have a plate with numbers, I believe that the order should be made in the same menu system and taken directly to the number of the plate, sometimes does not pass waitress for a while. Breakfast very good highlight for Mrs Priscila da tapioca, excellent product and sympathy. Highlight the coffee itself, the drink served at the table, the waiters are friendly and always ready to serve another cup, the drink is always hot because it comes directly at the table.
The spa Loccitane is large, beautiful, but with sauna in maintenance and everything half empty as if it was not in use, the therapy chosen was very good, it is about the quality, but it seems to lack life there.
In the hostel there was dinner included, buffer system and with some optional in an open kitchen made on time with options of sauce and risotto pastry. This part of the open kitchen is what saves the dinner, the buffer has good products, but everything cold, dry, tasteless, desserts, some painful, like hard cheesecake. Area of salads and cheeses also saves. I would recommend the hotel that when it is in low motion, make a closed menu with three options made for the customer at the table, delivery, dish and dessert. I think it would even be the hotel height. Highlight to the waiter João Vitor, sympathy and education and tried to improve the dinner experience to mitigate mistakes from the kitchen. Music environment is also welcome and the outdoor environment itself is beautiful and comfortable. Compliment to also the list of wines, good options I ordered different labels and all were good, with proper temperature and it really worked.
I would stay at the hotel again, but I believe he has to review these points so as not to get lost in what is proposed.
