The hotel is in a great location. The beach was not crowded at all. Restaurants are a few minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not many people in Natal speak English.

Not recommended!!!!

I always travel with my family and we prefer places that make us feel at home but this was the worst experience I've ever had.
It was the first time my daughter met the beach and we were charged for her stay at R$ 3,300.00 for 6 days, that is, R$ 500.00 a day for a baby of 1 year and a half, who does not eat right, sleeps with the parents in the same bed and, if you want to give work with expenses. In addition, at the time I was informed of the abusing value still asked for a “discount”, I explained all these points (remembering, we are talking about a baby of 1 year and 6 months) and whether they paid attention or helped me in something.
Moreover, on the day we arrived, we lost dinner time due to the chekin disturbance and delay, then we requested at least a repair with some other meal, e.g. a lunch, in exchange for the loss of one of the paid meals (including that of the baby mentioned above) and nothing was offered. Obs: I spoke to assistant Patrícia, who according to the employees is the coordinator but could not help me in anything, charge in vain in my view.
I would like to leave my dissatisfaction registered! I spoke to other families at the hotel and all with the same speech: Very good hotel but not worth the cost.
I intend to seek the competent consumer protection channels to evaluate the charge and my rights as a guest/consumer. But I couldn’t leave my comments here to alert other parents/families. Saying that you value our well-being and considering it a luxury hotel does not match the presented reality.
Not indicative!! Christmas has great hotels but this one is discarded for us.

Praise and suggestion

This is the second time this year I go to Vogal. I would like to praise all the hotel staff. All excellent, polite and attentive. I leave a special thanks to those who make up the restaurant, Michel, Berger, Ryan, Cauan, João Victor, Cleyton, Jefferson, Priscilla, Jadson, Fábio and Alberto. Thank you to the maids, especially Francisca, who assisted us personally, Flaviano and José, for the care of the pool area, and the reception staff. The thanks extend to those not mentioned in this review.
Great accommodation. All clean and quiet environment, which meets the hotel's proposal.
I intend to be back soon.
I leave only a suggestion that the dinner buffet stay in the self-service model and with the same proposal that I found in March this year.

Good service

The experience was exactly as shown in the photos. The room had the view we had requested, which made our stay even more special. All the staff were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, providing excellent service throughout our stay; thank you for that attention.
As a suggestion for improvement, I believe the menu for the included dinners could be a bit more varied, especially for those staying for several days. The à la carte options focus mainly on pasta, which can become repetitive over time, although they also offer a very varied buffet service.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Top Hotel

A super experience. New, comfortable hotel, excellent and varied food. The employees are super polite and attentive. It's not a lodging, it's an experience. I recommend.
