Oh cheap gave me a huge frustration.

Honestly the only thing I liked was the breakfast: delicious, fragrant, well disposed and the even simple Mood was comfortable. Now the negative points *the shower was terrible, first he didn't warm, we complained, then changed to 2 options: volcanic lava or ice. *The other guests don't have a little respect for the others, passing in front of the room dragging chin, screaming, laughing, jumping on the top floor, we were tired and we were still more, because we couldn't rest. *Now the cake cherry, we couldn't go to the hot beach (the tickets are expensive, we lost 3) because our daily day closed at 12:00 (usually it's at 14:00, which was informed to me at the time of booking), since the first contact I said I wanted to extend the check-out (we would pay without any problem) and informed me that only on the day dava know (they prioritize new stays and who's not already in there) because of a lack of sensitivity and expertise in sales rotation (we're not so loyal to the minimum of customers, though we don't have so much faith in the park). I cried horrors because I couldn't take my uncle... comes frustrated. *Other thing, from the beginning I said that I had a dog (I already knew the rate) instead of them include in the cost of the days, they charged the part when we got there, in the case I was surprised (I freezed for twice and questioned, so I thought it was already included). *The mattress is bad, my husband had to take medicine so much that he complained of back pain. After all, I hated, I chose this hotel by trivago, the reviews were positive, but for me the experience was bad, I do not recommend! The cheap came expensive!

It could be better, but the receptionists don't make it easy.

We had good initial communication with the receptionist who works at night, Tati, when negotiating and giving us information on how the facilities operated.
The cleaning team was also very attentive and paid attention to details.
In relation to the two other women who work in the morning, the communication and unpleasant expressions were extremely uncomfortable.
On the day of our departure we made a check out request, just 50 minutes later and it was immediately denied, without even an availability check.
We travel all over the world and always hope that at least some good attention will be given to us.
I would not stay at this hotel again, as I did not notice a focus on the end consumer being applied.

Hotel simples mas muito bom, ambientes limpos, funcionarios prestativos e o café da manha é excelente, recomendo!
