Formal complaint – improper collection and failure in the billing process
I stayed for about a week, with a reservation made by the company I work for. Since the Wednesday before my check-out, my company has been asking the hotel for the necessary information for billing, without proper return.
On 17/04 at around 06:19, when checking out, I was informed at the reception that the hotel had responded to the e-mail only during the morning (about 02:00). Due to this communication failure and delay in the hotel's internal process, I was forced to cover all expenses using my personal card.
To make the situation worse, around 8am on the same day, the hotel received the voucher with the permission of the days, that is, the regularization took place a few hours after my departure.
Over the course of the day, I tried to solve the issue via WhatsApp, but I was informed that the financial sector does not act on the site and that the time limit for analysis and possible refund would be up to 30 days, which I consider excessive in the face of an operational error of the hotel itself.
In view of the above, I request:
urgent re-evaluation of the case;
Agility in the process of reimbursement of unduely paid amounts;
Formal clarifications about the fault occurred.
I emphasize that the situation generated significant disorder, and a more efficient and resolving treatment is expected.

Outside is attractive, inside needs improvements
In addition, the cafe has a Cover making omelettes and tapiocas, which by the way are delicious, but she faxes in the dining room, without a coat. The whole hotel is smelling fat.
To complete, has the staff poorly prepared: there is no standard in the reception and in the morning, the maids scream through the hallways.
