Great option in Torres!

Good service! Little confusion in the type of booked accommodation, but resolved promptly. Close to the center, with trade options and services. 300 meters from the beach. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, little noise in the neighborhood, breakfast well served and with variety. Easy access!

A hotel in decline.

The hotel is well located and the breakfast very good with a lot of variety! helpful employees. The building is decaying, lack of maintenance. The room was spacious, but had several infiltrations in the exterior walls, broken furniture, naphthalene smell, very tight bathroom, bed linen with stains looked dirty. Wouldn't host me again.

Did not meet expectations

We stayed in the month of March, considered high season. However, even though it was a seemingly peaceful time, the service left something to be desired in many respects. The cleaning of the room was carried out only every two days, which we considered inappropriate. In addition, the room had a strong naphthalene odor, the phone didn't work and the 317 room TV was of poor quality, with a digital signal that simply didn't work.
At breakfast, when we arrived around 9:00, there were no cups available. It was necessary to request in the kitchen, where there were several cups on the table waiting only for washing, but the care was time-consuming. We also observed that the coffee items were not repaired with due agility, damaging the experience.
Another rather uncomfortable point was the excessive noise coming from the kitchen from 6am. Since we were staying on the third floor and the coffee was served on the second, the constant noise directly impacted our rest.
Faced with these points, the experience was less than expected, mainly considering the standard that is expected of a high season accommodation.

For a 3 *** is good, but can improve pretty much

Positive items of accommodation: bathroom, space, air conditioning, bed. Negatives: box without support for soap, shampoo etc, no whole body mirror, lack of sockets, lack of light and header switches. Limpeza could be better. Service: No bath towels on arrival. We had to ask for 3 times.
Internet: suffering, slow and oscillating Breakfast: very good in items quantity and variety. Suffering in the quality of the ingredients (for example, there is no butter, but margarine) .Worly chosen fruits, green, poorly peeled, except the watermelon (which always ended).
Elevators: two, one of which lacks the display, makes it difficult for guests to orient. Pool on the rooftop very small. Jacuzzis: Pay the part to non-operators.
Key: conventional, $150 fine if lost. Can leave at the reception. Lobby: not refrigerated, hot and mugged. Garage: 70 vacancies for 148 apartments. Such limitation does not appear on the site. There were no vacancies for us on the 1st day and we decided to park in another much more expensive. The hotel has a maneuver. At least the parking price is not abusive, but the guest needs to be warned at the booking that he may not have a vacancy. Highlight: the location is very good, close to everything, including the beach. Be careful with the view from the room: the sides have views of the very nearby neighboring building. If you can, pick up front or back apartment.
Summary: For a 3 * hotel, I consider a good choice but still there is room for improvement. There is a certain decadence that should be overcome...

Holiday frustration

The cleaning is awful. Simply say that fit is clean.Hair.In the bathroom.Soap and shampoo of the other guest were in the window.
And wonder the uruguayan accent man.c receptionist said that was clean. Seriously?
