Very cozy and beautiful hotel, offers all the necessary comfort, with great food and a delicious breakfast with a lot of variety, cleanliness is always a breeze, all the staff are super receptive and polite. Congratulations to everyone at the hotel.

It needs revitalization.

My third visit to the establishment. I noticed there was a drop in the quality of the rooms. It needs revitalization. In my understanding Hotel for business is ultra short stay.

There are better options in the city and the region!

Even having stayed in Habitat on other occasions, unfortunately this was the last time we stayed. Even with the concern of asking for a silent unit, I was assigned to one at the beginning of the hallway and near breakfast. Joined the lack of concern of the guests in not making noise, with the natural noise of breakfast with chairs dragging and crazy beating, not counting the loud conversations. In summary: I went to bed with the last guest who got together and woke up with the first one who got up for breakfast. IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP!!!

Reasonable

Do not choose apartments that face the parking lot (odd side), always ask for an even side and with a window onto the central garden or the other side. People arrive and leave through the parking lot and naturally talk, grab their bags and make noise right outside your bedroom window.
Regarding room 103, air conditioning does not work properly. We tried to resolve it with reception, who were attentive but were unable to resolve it. Even at 16 degrees and leaving it for hours the room didn't freeze very well.
Employees need to draw attention to guests with children running and screaming in the hallways. We are in a hotel and not in a shopping mall!
Suggestion of a rug/carpet in the bedroom hallway. The wheels of suitcases passing through the floor grout are uncomfortable at night.
Clean sheets and bed. Bathroom and bedroom also clean. Closet and drawers with good space. Sockets nearby also for chargers in general. Very good breakfast for a fair price.
