Very simple place for the name you have

The hotel lacks everything... Even blanket I had to request. To clean the room I had to ask the toilet lady. The structure does not go through reform for years, by the way. The room apparently with mold on the wall, the closet has no pull. The bathroom smells candida. There's nowhere to put shampoo and soap (click on the floor if you want to). Air conditioning works day yes and day no. The fridge bar and the entrance door dragging into the floor, pool tiles loosening, jacuzzi not working a week, bathroom window with fine transparency. Breakfast very simple every day the same thing. Attendees are used to complaints by what I realized, but they are polite and professional.

Steer away from this hotel!

Got room two floors under the reception which was on the street level. Room stinky of mold and was dirty, only cold water in the bathroom and pets in the bed as bet. The breakfast was terrible and the hygiene was not good. The pool lacked tiles and was unhygienic! Had ordered for three weeks but due to the terrible conditions so we check out after a week. The hotel refused to refund the last fourteen days and they tried to press us for 250 rials! Those glossy photos on Hotels.com don't match! Drive away from this hotel!!!

HOTEL BELLO MARE NATAL, TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

We arrived today 02/03/2026. They gave us room 112 PB, Half a hair down: 1 single light table, the Placard with a rack and a single shelf, the bathroom without bidet and WITH a mirror all spoiled at the edges, NOT even a plastic cup for toothbrushes. The bathroom window cannot be opened at the risk of being seen by neighbors.
The balcony of the room overlooks a well of air and light with the walls totally cheeky and full of grime.
Really a total fiasco.
I don't recommend it at all.
We'll see tomorrow how about breakfast.

Horrible, dirty, ugly

An awful experience, the hotel is awful falling to pieces, retail misca everywhere, the dirty rooms awful walls look like a basement. Cafe the basic mancha of everything and the eggs come with shell. I do not indicate, I will not return. I contacted the listener and nothing. The boys at the reception who were very kind changed me room but it was even worse so I contacted the listener who did not pay attention to me. Worse nights. They won't. Follow photos proving the deceptive propaganda .

Terrifying (except for the staff who are very polite and attentive)

Terrible date of the wrong room reservation on the underground, broken window, morph all over the hotel. Jesus has not returned
