Outstanding 3rd family stay in Moinhos de Vento — Exceptional service and location
Service is top-tier across the board, with super nice and polite staff. The rooms are top-notch and recently renovated, and both the swimming pool and gym are really good. Breakfast is excellent, featuring a live station for made-to-order omelets and fresh tapiocas.
Two quick suggestions for management: first, the reception could use a grander arrival experience with local touches (akin to a local version of the Hilton New York Midtown entrance). Second, the Executive Lounge would benefit from expanding evening service to include alcoholic drinks and more specialty foods.
Highly recommended in Porto Alegre - we look forward to our future stays!

Amazing staff, beautiful modern property, really nice area near park and shops
My most recent visit (April/May 2026) I forgot to book my room with the breakfast included and when I checked in the front desk team asked if I wanted to add it free of charge. Very kind of them
On top of this one of the staff named Vitor, called me my first night to make sure everything in the room was ok and to see if I needed anything.
The place is always clean and the keep the room up-to-date with regular renovations. The gym has dumbbells, benchpress, treadmills, and other weight machines + they have a really nice pool.
One block away is a really nice park with a walk/jog path, and a pond famous for its turtles which are all over the pond area. Connected to the hotel is a really nice high-end mall and with a mini-supermarket inside. Also one block away is a really nice (Dinarte Ribeiro) strip of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a gilataria.
Really the hotel team and property are excellent! Highly recommend it.
