City's best cost benefit.

Excellent cost benefit.
Ample rooms, well equipped, the location is right in the heart of the city, close to the new bus station and quick access to the airport. Breakfast is a separate show, diverse, tasty and rich in variety. Indicated to everyone!

Service (Bad Reception), paid parking and Invasion of Privacy

The hotel is well located, but the service from one specific employee was very bad, in a very "snobbish" way with the client. The SmartTV didn't work most of the time as a SmartTV because the Wi-Fi signal was very unstable or weak, and when I contacted this employee, he rudely said that the TV wasn't for that purpose, that it had an antenna for channels, and that it wasn't a service "provided" by the hotel even though the website stated SmartTV and not just TV. Upon arrival, I didn't park inside because this same attendant said that parking was an extra charge, and when I questioned this because it wasn't on the website, he said very ironically, "it was in the fine print," but the worst situation was that one night before our check-out, around 10:30 PM, I left the hotel with my partner, and my friend stayed in the room with our young son, and according to her, someone entered the room, meaning it could only have been a hotel employee because only they have the digital keys (card) to open any door in the hotel, and when I called the reception, the attendant didn't pay much attention, said he would check, and that was that. When I went to inform the manager the next day, she surprisingly said she hadn't been informed of the incident. I informed her that based on my rights, there was a home invasion, and the right thing would be to file a police report (BO), she said she would check the cameras, but we checked out and didn't know what happened. The fact is that it was very strange for someone to enter a guest room after 10:30 PM without any prior notice or request! This scared and frightened us!
