Great option in Old Recife

I stayed at the opening of the carnival... New hotel, compact yet comfortable, rooftop with views, attentive staff, coffee and restaurant very good! I recommend

Best accommodation I've ever had

Excellent experience during my stay. I traveled with friends and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The location overlaps all the others we researched, we managed to take advantage of the whole environment, to know more of the local culture, wonderful and unforgettable days in Recife. Very positive point for the rooftop restaurant and all the staff. Fair prices and high-quality food, all wonderful. We finished our days in the cafeteria on the ground floor, an excellent coffee with quick snacks perfect for our break out of the hotel. We love, 10000/10. See you very soon Motto!

Damaged sleep nights

In half the nights I stayed we woke up scared for 5 times with accidental fire alarm shots. My wife is pregnant and she's been terrified. There were 4 interruptions in 5/4 and 1 in 6/4. The sirene that sounded in the room was dehydrating. Imagine a pregnant woman waking up like this?! Imagine the scare that the baby carries?! I understand that the contract was even broken in the face of such a failure. A contract condition was obviously quiet nights. Wake up several times in the morning and see an overwhelmed receptionist without knowing what to do does not make up the scene of a quiet night. The hotel did not show up deliberately to apologize. I had to get the reception at the end to present the severity of the failure... With the flow of employees, the employees I talked to seemed simply ignoring the facts. I had to count everything from 0 and show the videos of what happened. Unfortunately these episodes marked and ended up overlaping the positive points. As negative points too: bathroom without shower. Brazilian culturally uses shower, international networks (mainly high standard) need to adjust. The TV is blocked by software and seems to only have, in addition to the open TV, Netflix and YouTube. And who has subscription to other streams? Don't use? What is the use of a modern 49" TV if the software blocks access to larger resolutions of the streams? The quality was not good.
