Recommended!

Excellent location, reception depends on who you find - everyone speaks English, so that’s a great thing - but some people are friendlier and more helpful than others. Victor number 1 made our stay better! The hotel is worth a lot also thanks to his presence :) very good breakfast but something could be improved (few lactose-free products, service a bit rushed, they often clear the table before you have finished eating! Pool bar service needs improvement) Breathtaking view of Copacabana beach and very affordable prices.

5* based upon the service of Victor at the hotel. One of the best members of hotel staff I have ever come across. So helpful and supportive. If we were to come back to Brazil would stay here again because of Victor. Good guy.

If I return to Rio I will return to Ritz

Everything was excellent, the decor, fresh food, the staff's excellent service, the rooftop with an exceptional view of the bay, and the bartender Joseph was very kind and always attentive to the client's needs; I will surely return.
