The sensory experience intensifies in the elevator — it is impossible not to notice how subtly vision and smell are instigated. When arriving at the apartment, the feeling is, in fact, unique. The space is the perfect balance between coziness and charm: everything impeccably clean and organized, with details that make us stop for a moment just to admire the care of who prepared them.
As someone who lives on the 'other side' of hospitality, behind the scenes, my look is naturally clinical. I was asking myself: 'How far can we delight?' Here, the answer is clear: there are no limits. Everything I found was memorable.
The gastronomy, in turn, is impeccable — an explosion of flavors presented with an elegance that completes the experience."
