Luxury hotel with a fantastic history.It was opened in 1974 and belonged to the Tropical Group

Great staff service
Large rooms, comfortable beds
We love the pool
I recommend
Restaurant with food from the region, all delicious
Next , has a shopping with many options
Just a complaint, the sound they put in the pool is too loud and playlist breaks

Much better to be median.

A beautiful lobby... but anyway? You need to improve a lot to be average.
The hotel urgently needs a beautiful renovation in the rooms... beds of stacked spring that can feel the springs on the back...
Yellow towels or are they badly washed? I won't know... the bathroom with peeling walls... broken tiles... if you need a blanket to sleep at night, maybe you need to use towels really... we ordered covered in advance and didn't..... we were suggested to sleep with the towels.
The staff on the other hand, extremely attentive and cordial. They helped as much as they could. Breakfast, until it's good! It left nothing to be desired.
Improve the structure of the property, if you want to be considered a hotel...

No host of hosting

We are staying at this time on the first floor and very close to the pool bar where I don't take an afternoon snack because of the sound on the volume that they want.
It's been 3 days without the afternoon snail.
If you're thinking of enjoying a swimming pool in silence, forget it.
Not counting the water that doesn't seem to have good quality. Always turbid.
Hotel staff are very friendly,faxineira,reception and cleaning
Negative point to those of the coffee room that are well-touched.

It was sad to see a once great hotel un such poor condition. There have obviously been lots of delayed renovations..the shower in my room leaked. The table was old and marred. The pool was missing tiles, the showers were clogged, the pool atea was filthy and the pool needed cleaning. The restaurant was slow about an hour and a half to get food when there was no one except the soccer teams they host that obviously kerp the place afloat.
Now, I must say the room was clean but run down, but also spacious. The breakfast was also very good.
So there is good and bad. For the price I rate it average minus.

Room was fine but bedding is old and worn.
Breakfast was good but get there early or you'll get the scraps.
Restaurant at the pool served good food and large portions.
