Need to improve

Good location center of Pinhal vc can walk, bar, restaurants ,,but very simple posada need to improve in the rooms little warm, only Globolixo TV but very attentive staff.

Could be much better

Strengths:
It is in the center of the city. There is a restaurant attached to the guesthouse. There is a swimming pool and the restaurant offers a reasonable for good breakfast.
Good shower. The Internet works reasonably well.
Neutrals:
The parking lot is difficult to enter (if you come towards the center.
Also, it is difficult to maneuver the car out of the space if there is a car parked behind you. The restaurant sometimes has live music at night, which makes the singing a bit annoying. The mattress was a little hard for my taste.
Negatives:
The main thing is that the guesthouse is in urgent need of renovation. Lots of dirty walls, with wires showing, loose handrails, the floor in our room was loose, only 1 working socket (although there were others in the room).
You need to discover that, to turn on the TV that only has Globo and Bandeirantes, you have to activate a hidden socket.
Despite a good shower, the bathroom is very old, with a low shower, broken handle and broken soap holder.
A bizarre thing: we woke up at 5:30 in the morning to watch the sunrise at Pico do Agudo and, to our unpleasant surprise, the inn was completely locked.

Surprised!!

I was expecting a small lodge with almost no confort. But the rooms are Ok. The bathroom needs refurbishing but everything worked fine. The TV had only one channel, but in this place, who cares for TV!! The breakfast was fair, good cakes, good bread and coffe. This lodge has a very fair price. It is in the city center, near restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. A nice stay.

Estadia tranquila

A pousada tem bom custo benefício. Santo Antônio do Pinhal é uma cidade bem arrumadinha e a localização da pousada permite sair à noite sem carro, pois é bem perto do centro. A pousada é simples e tem boa limpeza, o café da manhã é bom. A reserva foi feita por whatsapp e a comunicação bastante tranquila.

Pousada precisa de manutenção

A pousada demanda manutenção. Na acomodação tem poucas opções de canal, somente os de sinal aberto e nem todos. Tive que troca a pilha do controle remoto. Tive dificuldade para ligar o fribobar porque o plugue do frigobar era incompatível com a tomada. O ralo do box estava entupido, vazando água em parte do banheiro. As piscinas não tem manutenção e sem condições de uso. O café da manhã com poucas opções e falha de reposição, faltando em alguns momentos xícaras, copos e alimentos. Wi-fi com bastante instabilidade e dificuldade de conexão.
