Traumatic. They don't stay.
Full of bed bugs, I came back with a horrible allergy until today I'm still not 100%.
Total restlessness with the guests, the room keys do not work, the cleaning is not done regularly.

SLZ infested with BED BUGS!!
There's nothing served at the hotel, just a refrigerator in the dorm with some drinks.
The place is reasonable, it is close to the Jansen lagoon and a shopping avenue, but to visit the historic center or the beaches it is necessary to take a taxi / uber, for approximately 20 reais.
The worst hotel of my life!!!!

BETTER SLEEP IN THE STREET - LINKS IN BED
- Stay and brought home Percevejos, without any kind of support from the Hotel to deal with the issue
I was staying in room 418 of the Hotel da Rede Andrade in São Luís and had an absolutely unacceptable experience: I contracted an infestation of bed bugs during my stay.
I came home with my body covered with bites, intense itching and painful marks. While inspecting my belongings, I found evidence of insects in my clothes and in my suitcase.
Since then, my routine has been a real nightmare. I am arcing with unexpected costs of disinfestation, as well as facing physical, emotional and psychological damage. The most outrageous, however, is the hotel’s position in the face of the gravity of what happened. I contacted immediately, and all I received was an automatic redirection to the listening room — no apology, no concrete action, no minimum of empathy.
This is a clear case of sanitary negligence. The hotel has failed seriously with its responsibility to ensure hygiene and safety to guests.
I'm already in contact with my lawyer to assess appropriate legal action, including moral and material damages.
Here I leave my alert: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The least one expects from a hostel is care, respect and commitment to the health of the guests — the exact opposite of what I experienced.
The rest of the hotel is bad too, breakfast, service and the entrance is awful

Short stay with cleaning problems and leaks
On the other hand, I had a number of problems that greatly compromised the comfort of the stay. Both rooms were dirty under the bed, which demonstrates a lack of care in cleaning. In addition, there was a leak in the bathroom box or toilet pot, which left the floor constantly wet and slippery. Since I only stayed one night, I ended up not complaining at the reception.
Breakfast also left to be desired, with little replacement of items and cold served food after a certain time. Some common areas, such as the pool and gym, also seemed to lack maintenance.
In short: the hotel has potential, especially by the location and sympathy of the staff, but needs to improve a lot in cleaning, maintenance and organization to offer a more comfortable and safe experience for guests.
