Excellent value for money

Hotel with a good breakfast, good bed and bath linen, clean and well located, for those who want to stay close to the airport or Parque do Sabiá. Air conditioning and TV new and working well. Internal place to stop the car. The only bad point is that the door doesn't block out the noise from the hallway well, but nothing major.

Improper billing

My wife made the reservation and asked if it would be possible for us to stay in neighboring rooms. There was positive signage and upon arrival they placed us in rooms very far away. I went to take my son to take the entrance exam and on the morning of 06/08, I thought I had left the electronic room key at reception. When I came back I said I didn't have the key and I had to pay R$50.00 to get a new one. I don't question the possibility that I lost it although I think I handed it in to reception in the morning because I was going for a walk with my wife in the park near the hotel. I wouldn't force myself to bear the cost of the new key, however, charging that amount I found abusive. The employee was ironic the whole time, he said he called Paula Braga (owner) who demanded that I pay the R$50.00. In the final billing, they forgot to charge R$22.00, which was agreed for parking. I also state that in the morning the car was on the street. He said he was supposed to charge for parking, but I didn't agree with the key. As I promised, I make my complaint here. I do not recommend the hotel and the reception staff need to be better trained to welcome guests. Upon arrival, the receptionist who attended to us was also not pleased... dry and ironic when he spoke about parking and the charge that would be made.

Funcionários super atenciosos. Localização ótima. Café da manhã excelente e ainda tem café e pão de queijo disponível o tempo todo. Ótimo custo. Vale muito.

O colchão pode melhorar e tive problema com o barulho do frigobar que estava com defeito.
