Poor attention from management
First we arrived 30 minutes before the check-in that could be done at 12h and she was totally rough talking that it was 30 minutes and had to wait. I already knew this and had already told the receptionist that I would wait in the hotel areas. Obviously there are rules to be followed and I'm not an ignorant who disrespects them. But I also work with attention to the public and it is unacceptable a rude behavior and nothing cordial when we talk to a customer and / or explain the operation of the establishment. I thought it would be punctual this awful situation, but to our unhappiness in 2x more in just 1 day that I was there this woman had no touch to talk to us. The 2nd time ordering not to take the long neck of beer to the pool, and the last time and worst of them, told my husband that he could not get water from the drinking pq was from the event that was having in the hotel. They took the drunk from the gym and took it near the event room and think they can ban drinking water ???? Completely bizarre and without any instruction any person of this to be responsible for the management of the hotel. I hope that this complaint will reach the CEO of the intercity network to evaluate the HR of the company and make stricter contracts, which value excellence and human care.
I emphasize that the receptionist Josi around the world tried to soften the situations with her sympathy and education.
The situation is regrettable.

Great location for parks, modern rooms and an exemplary Service that made the difference. Intercity won us!!
The rooms were properly clean and the Mood proved quiet, providing a restful night's sleep. A modern and very convenient detail is the digital warning system: with a touch on a panel inside the room, it is possible to select the options 'don't disturb' or 'please arrange the room', which appear on a screen on the outside, eliminating the need to hang plaques on the door. The gas shower also worked perfectly, with easy temperature to regulate.
The breakfast presented a satisfactory variety of items. The hotel facilities were suitable for our needs, including a swimming pool that seemed to be air-conditioned, although we did not make use of. The location is indeed a big difference; we, for example, chose the place precisely because we went to Hopi Hari, and the proximity greatly facilitated our script.
We would like to highlight one point about the Service: there was a delay in my order for dinner in the room (a chicken parmegiana with fettuccine), which led me to contact the restaurant. The assistant was extremely helpful, gave me the option to cancel or wait for a few minutes, guaranteeing that it would fix the problem. And so it did: the food was soon sent, accompanied by an ice cream with coconut chips as a courtesy and an apology.
We know that punctual failures can occur, but the proactive attitude and sympathy in solving the issue did not dishonor the experience at all. On the contrary, they are congratulatory. Overall, it is a decent and recommended choice for those seeking accommodation without complications in the region. On a next visit to Hopi Hari or Wet 'n Wild, Intercity will surely be on our priority list of lodging
