Very Disappointed
Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast had little choice. Watered down orange juice and fake butter. Ended up having potato wedges and baked bean.
We had a room with 2 double beds with just 2 pillows per bed and just 2 bath towels between all of us. Phoned reception for more pillows and towels and was told, pillows are $5 each and towels $2 each. Obviously we declined.

Better stay at Higher hotel kiulap, highly recommended!
The hotel is quite old and the rooms are outdated with only basic amenities. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Most of the power sockets were not working and there was a lot of lizard droppings in the room. The room was dark and had a musty, old smell.
During our stay, there was a wedding event at the hotel and we had to compete for parking spaces with the wedding guests. To make matters worse, the security guard even told us to leave and come back around 10 PM when the wedding was over. Completely ridiculous, considering we were also paying guests staying at the hotel.
On a positive note, the bellboy and the lady at the reception were polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Good hotel, but definitely need to improve the maintenance especially on aircon remote control because it was not working to lower the temperature and no temp display. The air con although cold, it feels the air is not clean. Probably air con vent needs to be clean because nose feels tingly (i have sensitive nose).
