Great
We liked the hotel it had great pools and service and we liked the snake bar the hotel is great for kids I was with my two great daughters and we really enjoyed the animation team they had a really good approach with the kids they were very helpful and cheerful Geri and Deni they are very good kids and I wish to see them again next year

Breathtaking, speechless, angry, disappointed.
Normally 1 star is still too much. Arrogant staff at the front desk. Booked Magnolia "3" stars but got Orhidea "1" star. Total dump with clueless staff. Filthy, smelly, and very run-down.
But seriously, please stay away from it.
Supposedly no refund, but Booking canceled everything and we got all our money back. You just have to make a lot of phone calls / cause a fuss, but it was worth it.

Food and drinks all inclusive but mass-produced cheap without limit. People behave like animals. The main thing is to be stuffed and drunk for free.
Worth mentioning Please info for families. Give the hotel/place a wide berth.

Fun Holiday
A good and fun experience! Clean rooms, a lot and delicios food and fun pools with slides for kids. The animation team was so cool, they player a lot of games like darts, archery, unor and we had a looot of fun with Denisa because She is from Romania and She is și Nice with the Kids. Thanks to manager Pavleta for everything! We will come back!

Super good hotel!
I love this hotel! The pools are clean and very funny with the water slides! The food in restaurant orchidea is not that bad! The rooms are clean and good. And special greetings to the animation!

-Първият ден всичко беше добре… до вечерта. Излязохме от басейна и се прибрахме в стаята, за да се изкъпем, но банята беше отвратителна имаше косми навсякъде, тоалетната не беше почистена, а на чаршафа имаше жълти петна. В стаята на майка ми по пода имаше мравки много мравки. Но това не беше всичко на пода видяхме многоножка (с 40 крака), а под столовете имаше паяжини. Отидохме на вечеря и тъй като много хора си оставяха чиниите на масата, решихме и ние да направим същото. Но на втория ден по обяд един дебел мъж и една възрастна жена с къса коса ни повишиха тон и ни се скараха, че сме си оставили чиниите. Никой не ни беше информирал, че не трябва да го правим просто направихме като всички останали.Редът за взимане на храна беше ужасен никой не се грижеше да се спазва ред, хората се блъскаха и се пререждаха. Палачинките бяха като камък твърди и негодни за ядене. Но освен това, храната беше вкусна. Вечер няма почти никакви места за разходка или забавление. Ако трябва да спомена нещо положително басейнът, безплатните напитки и храната. Всичко останало беше загуба на време и пари.
-Everything was fine on the first day… until the evening. We got out of the pool and went to the room to take a shower, but the bathroom was terrible there was hair everywhere, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and the bed sheets had yellow stains. In my mother’s room, there were ants on the floor a lot of them. But that’s not even the worst part we saw a centipede on the floor, and under the chairs, there were spider webs. We went to dinner and noticed many people were leaving their plates on the table, so we did the same. But on the second day at lunch, a fat man and an older woman with short hair literally raised their voices and scolded us for leaving the plates. No one told us not to do that we just followed what others were doing.The food line was a mess no one organized anything, and people kept cutting in front of others. The crepes were rock hard and inedible, but the rest of the food was fine. In the evenings, there’s almost nothing to see or do outside. If I had to mention something good, it would be the pool, the free drinks, and the food. Everything else was a waste of time and money.

Havuzdan çıktık ve duş için odaya gittik, ama banyo berbattı her yerde saçlar vardı, tuvalet temizlenmemişti ve yatak çarşafında sarı lekeler vardı. Annemin odasında ise yerlerde karıncalar vardı, hem de baya fazla. Ama bu kadarı hiçbir şey değil yerde 40 bacaklı böcekten gördük ve sandalyelerin altı örümcek ağı doluydu. Akşam yemeğine çıktık, birçok insan yemeğini masada bırakıyordu, biz de aynısını yaptık. Ama ikinci gün öğle yemeğinde şişman bir adam ve kısa saçlı yaşlı bir kadın bize seslerini yükseltti ve neden masada bıraktığımızı azarlayarak sordu. Kimse bize bunu yapmamamız gerektiğini söylemedi, biz de herkesin yaptığı gibi yaptık. Yemek alırken oluşan sıra berbattı kimse uyarmıyor, herkes birbirinin önüne geçiyor. Krepler taş gibi sertti, yenmiyordu. Ama onun dışında yemek fena değildi. Akşamları dışarı çıkıldığında gezilecek bir yer yok maalesef. İyi yönlerine gelecek olursak; sadece havuz, ücretsiz verilen içecekler ve yemekler diyebilirim. Onun dışında tamamen zaman ve para kaybı.
