The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate.
Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking.
On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails

Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

Hotel Ezerets

Very bad experience. The stuff are very disrespectful. We checked in today, and the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. I was looking for the jacuzzi today, and it was outside.The water in the jacuzzi was very dirty. It is so...small that several people fill it up. When I called on the phone, they told me that the jacuzzi is inside. In addition, the staff for the pool are not respectful. There is no lifeguard.

We have stayed here many times in the past 8 years and this was the worst stay. The inside pool was under construction, the one outside pool was also under construction. Terrible roof over the other outside pool. The fridge in our room was filthy and unusable. The balcony/terrace outside our room was also filthy-bird feathers and bird poo everywhere. When we laid our towels outside, came back to them and they had lots of bird poo on them. Food was ok, our waitress Kate, was lovely. Reception staff at check in was very rude as was the manger. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid, we expected much better.

Bad Experience

I booked this online with hotels.com and noticed we were in the middle of an industrial/housing estate. Upon reaching the hotel I noticed a sliding security door to gain access to the car park and being met by a uniformed security guard.
Upon checking in at the hotel receptionist said I had not paid, after about half an hour on the phone and hotels.com confirming the booking I was asked to pay again with my card locally and be refunded later. No atmosphere in the hotel, very small bar and limited service. A very basic breakfast. We were going to go for a swim in the outside pool but seeing dozens of pigeons taking an early morning bath in the pool stopped us.
Upon returning to the UK and getting my bank statements the hotel had indeed took two payments out for a one nights stay! I tried and tried to recover the extra nights payment and sent the hotel copies of my bank statements. The hotels reply “It is against the rules and regs to issue a refund” Avoid at all cost!
I’ve travelled the world and rarely had an experience like this.
