The best in Chepelare
The hotel is the best hotel in Chepelare
The rooms are big and suite. The swimming pool is very good and big! There are jacuzzi and kids pool! The spa is very good!
There is chuttle that transports tourists to the ski area!

Not as nice as it looks
We stayed here as part of a team offsite meeting recently. The hotel looked nice from the website, but we were sorely disappointed.
The rooms were a decent size and reasonably clean, but the mattresses we're awful. You could feel every mattress spring in your back. The bathroom also played radio that in some rooms, mine included, you could never fully shut off.
The pool did look very nice though I never had the opportunity to use it. The gym wasn't very good though. It also was not open at the times advertised (7am - 9:30pm). Some of the equipment was broken. The person working there came in seeming annoyed that I was using it and told me to pick up when I was done (it closed soon thereafter that day as my friend tried to go use it later).
The breakfast was not good at all. The eggs we're dry and overcooked. The milk tasted sour. The coffee was awful (and I'll usually take anything in the morning, but this was undrinkable).
Perhaps when the season picks up and the hotel is busier, things are different, but for me this wasn't a great experience.

Good rest
What I love about this hotel is it's location - town hotel but you get the feeling you are at a remote place. Rooms are very clean and spacious.Staff is very friendly - specially the reception team. I can recommend this place to my friends.

Un vero e proprio cesso . Non so come sia riuscito ad avere 4 stelle . Camere vecchie e arredate con disgusto. L'unica cosa decente il bagno . Comunque riscaldamento insufficiente , letti scomodi coperte troppo leggere e colazione da incubo .
