Friendly clean and very helpful

My daughter and I stayed here for just one night, although I wish we had stayed for more. The hotel was clean and tidy The rooms were nice, my daughter had the "Pink room" which was extra special. We had breakfast which was lovely. You had to order the night before and it was cooked fresh.
What made us really happy was the very, very helpful staff. They arranged a car for us to pick us up from the Railway station and take us on an afternoon tour before arriving at the Hotel. We will definitely go back again.

I would definately recommend the hotel

We stayed in s double room and it was very small, we were lucky to have only a small suitcase with us, because there wasn't much free floor space to open a bigger one. We had a balcony, but there was no table there. Everyhing else, I think, was perfect - the room and bathroom were very clean, staff is polite and they generally seem proud and happy to be working there and are always ready to help. There was an air conditioner i our room which was very necessary as it would get quite warm in the room. But the best thing is that there was a mosquito net and I was able to sleep tight during the whole night! Thank you for that, dear hotel, I do appreciate it greatly during the summer!! The room interior is simple, but nice and I made myself a bathtub because I just found it so satisfying. I haven't done that in 7-8 years, but found this bathtub comfy and couldn't resist. :) They have parking spaces in the open, but also 3-4 in a parking house. Just keep in mind it can get quite narrow in the parking house. The meal for breakfast has to be pre-ordered the night before, the drinks can be ordered in the morning. There is no buffet, but set meals as the hotel is so small. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome as well whereas there a re no set meal offered for vegans, so one must think of a meal to order themselves. :)

Nice little hotel - Staff is wonderful!

Location was great, right in the heart of the village/town/city. Near plenty of restaurants, pubs, etc. Decor was a little dated for my taste, but not run down or old. Staff was SUPER helpful and nice. Enjoyed the two balconies connected to my room. Overall, very nice one-night stay in a small hotel.

Good, but....

The hotel is good, rooms ( not very big, but acceptable) are clean, and it has a good position, it is very close to the city centre ( not very interesting indeed).
What is really very difficult to understand and quite ridiculous too is the hotel breakfast policy : it is practically impossible to have a complete breakfast and you have to choose among different options, so, if you have coffee, you don't have milk, or if you have jam, you don't have something else. Crazy!

Functional and good value

Kazanlak is a small town and not a tourist destination, so do not expect to find large, fancy hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful and most of them on reception speak good English. Our room was perfectly adequate for our needs and given the price, one cannot complain. The hotel has free WiFi which we never found any problems with, we were always able to get a good connection.
