Good value for money

The first night gave the rating a minus because also we had a triple room we had only two beds and a sofa that was practically o no use. After our complains,the staff brought a mattress and next day they changed the room in a normal triple room, and everything was ok.
The room is big, beds are good and the location is beyond perfect in the middle pf the center and very close to the beach.

Perfect for a room only

So the hotel is purely room only and this suits well in sunny beach as it is so cheap to eat out. There is really no need to go all inclusive.
We found a few places such as jacks bar ect to eat really cheap nice food. So I would one hundred percent recommend this hotel. As a couple of friends we wanted somewhere close to clubs bars food outlets beach and everything else the resort has to offer. And this hotel has it all.you literally are 5 minutes walk to the strip, which leAds on to more bars and clubs and also the beach and fun fair rides ect. I have stayed here two times. Once in season and once out. Both times perfect.
Do have to pay for things if you break them. So just be careful lol! The balconies are a bit dangerous. We had a couple of boys next door decide to visit us one night by climbing over haha!!
Perfect hotel for basic needs on a holiday that you'll use the room like 4/5 hours per day. £30/40 per night for the two of us in a triple room.
No pool but pay 5 lev for a sun bed in another hotel is fine.

GOOD location, BAD cleaning

The location of the hotel was very good, it was 5 minute walk to the beach and bars and 2 minutes to the shops and restaurants. The room was big and spacious. Furniture were new and modern. Good first impression. The staff were very friendly, but not speaking so much english. The wifi was free in the hotel rooms and worked very well until it stopped working. Then it worked only in the lobby. We stayed 2 weeks in this hotel and after 9 days air-conditioning broke, but someone repaired it in same day. The hotel has one big problem: THE CLEANING. They didn't change our cheets and towels until we asked to change them. They changed them only once in two weeks. The floor, sink and toilet were dirty all the time. They didn't clean almost anything in two weeks. The hotel was very nice, but the cleaning was the worst we have ever seen!

Accomodation in the center of Sunny Beach

The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach. The beach is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and there is a good restaurant next to the hotel.
There were no cleaning, they just took out the trash and put some toilet paper. There was air-con only in the bedroom, which is not enough to cool down the living room for the night. There were few electric outlets.
But in spite of this our vacation was great. :)

Great rates, staffm and location.

This place is reasonably priced, room are large and clean, although maid service wasn't the best. The people are the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. The locations is great since you are walking distance to everything.
