Solo traveller

Went for 2 weeks and everything was spot on from checking in staff, housekeeping, barstaff, animaton team and not forgetting viktor the bell boy who was always happy to chat with me being as i was a solo traveller. I would definetly go back.

I won’t recomend it!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
During our stay (1–8 June 2026), a fire on the hotel property resulted in damage to our vehicle. Since then, obtaining information, accountability, and compensation has been extremely difficult.
We left feeling abandoned rather than supported. A hotel is judged not only by its facilities but also by how it treats guests when something goes wrong. In our case, the response was deeply disappointing.
Not to mention that none was evacuated from the hotel, because the fire alarm wasn’t working! Our life was in danger and they insulted us because we wanted to announce the incident!
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Tiara beach

The room are nice the pools are big nice and warm the food is terrible the Same thing everyday the staff members are rude eg: swearing at people that stay at the hotel and all of that

Solo travel

Lovely hotel, great food but terrible in room air con. I baked for the entire stay. On site tattoo parlour which is great. It’s clean and a great price. Artist is lovely and talented. The drinks are strong! If you’re used to watered down all inclusive cocktails be careful. They have a kick to them
