Location & convenience

This is as centrally as it gets across from the culture & conference center of Sofia. 2 minute walk to metro that will take you to airport and off the main shopping street with all the nightlife and restaurants one needs. The House is a heritage building modernized with all the amenities a girl needs on her vacation and is safe. Room was beyond expectations for the rate this is a 5-star gem!

Structure that gives out seems dilapidated, and once you enter the situation is not that it gets too good.
Fortunately the rooms are not so bad, but...
Carpet in 2025 you can't see...
The bathroom is large with a spacious shower, but you have to keep the door closed because it comes out smells like a sewer that plagues the room.
Room, by the way, a bit dark.
The stairs are very narrow and with a suitcase you can not pass, and already with a trolley it is difficult. Also there is a “strange” smell.
Friendly owner, even if we only saw it during check in, but it is not that we needed anything else.
For a couple of nights, maximum three, can go, but if I return I would look (and find) something better spending only 10/20 euros more.
Great area, and a short walk from Vitosha Boulevard, with a couple of metro stops very close.

Good location and nothing more

The location was very good right next to the Palace of Culture and that's about the only advantage of this place. The room was large enough but not too clean, especially the bathroom. I've had worse in the Balkans but it definitely could have been much better. The entrance can make you wonder what kind of establishment it is and the "reception" looks like one of those place in "storage wars", only worse cause it smells cat urine. They claim to have a restaurant too, I sincerely hope it's not true with these cleaning standards. Still, I only needed a bed for one short night, so it was good enough for this purpose.

Good location bad service

Rooms and toilet are never cleaned and are very dirty.
The owners are friendly, I requested them to clean the room or change it but they never did!

Good location
Free parking
*Cons:
Dirt floor
Dirt toilet
Very smelly toilet (you can't breathe)
Mold in the toilet
Absolutely not worth the money.

They charged me although I couldn't use their service.

Stay away from those fraudsters! I booked a room but the house was closed. Rang the doorbell several times and nobody answered. Nevertheless, they charged my credit card and refused to issue a refund although I couldn't use their service.
