Great for food poisoning and overpriced food & drinks

Both my visits to the main restaurant have resulted in food poisoning. I had pork on both visits, and spent both the following weeks recovering from sickness. The kitchen needs a visit from the food hygiene standards authority.

Wonderful Service

We had several meals at the dining restaurant during our stay and the service from the entire team was outstanding. No matter what time we visited — breakfast, lunch, or dinner — the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel welcome.specially Aarati Shrestha she is great !
They were attentive without being intrusive, quick to respond to requests, and always ensured the buffet was well-stocked and clean. Special thanks to Aarati Shrestha..for remembering our coffee and tea preferences every morning and for going the extra mile to make sure our children were comfortable and happy.
The combination of professionalism, warmth, and teamwork made every meal a pleasure. Thank you to the whole all-day dining team for making our dining experience truly enjoyable.

Good wellness with one minus

My stay at Wine & Spa Complex Starosel was fantastic in many ways. The wellness is top notch, the food exceptionally good (especially by Bulgarian standards) and the staff – especially at the reception – were professional, warm and helpful.
But there is one big flaw that really can't be done in a hotel where you pay €230 per night: the cleaning was downright substandard. Outdoor Jacuzzi with stains, cobwebs in the fireplace, a dusty remote control and a thick layer of dust on the furniture. I had to go over it myself with a cloth, and the result was embarrassing.
This is negligence on the part of the cleaning staff that does not fit a five star experience. It would be a shame if such a small, but important part detracts from an otherwise fantastic stay. Hopefully this will be taken seriously, because the hotel itself, the Wellness and the Service really deserve praise.

Worth visiting

Food, SPA, rooms, service...they were all of excellent quality. The conference hall was well equipped. I am satisfied with the experience.
