A palace hotel with a remarkably efficient service
While officially a four-star establishment, this hotel delivers a service that is, quite frankly, indistinguishable from a true palace. From the moment one enters the hushed, velvet tones of the lobby, the neo-classical elegance—reminiscent of New York icons like The Carlyle—is utterly captivating.
Our Classic Suite was a veritable sanctuary of calm: the bedding was divine, the soundproofing impeccable, and the spacious stone bathroom was the height of refinement. The absolute highlights, however, were the rooftop pool at sunset and a breakfast spread that was nothing short of bountiful.
This is authentic luxury without the usual eye-watering bill. We were truly charmed! A special mention must go to the management team, who were both impeccably professional and wonderfully endearing.

I come to Cambodia for business, I always stay at Anik palace hotel. Beautiful hotel, great location, but mostly great staff, always good service and happy to help. Mr. Kimlay is great.

TUK TUK in front of the hotel
Everything in the hotel is good, Staff are friendly, elegant and classy, and Perfect location. But one thing that made me disappointed is TukTuk in front of the hotel. On first day I took the Khmer traditional TukTuk go to city tour that arranged by receptionist was very nice, but on second day I asked receptionist again for arrange the TukTuk for Golf club but I didn't tell receptionist to arrange the same driver from yesterday, So on the driver in front of the hotel try to pick me up but I want the same last time TukTuk but the TukTuk in front the hotel still drag me to ride with him, which is not respected to my decision what I wanted. acted unprofessionally, and made what should have been a simple ride into a frustrating experience. As a guest, I expected to feel welcomed and respected, not pressured. even though receptionist really helpful and try to coordinate with the driver and arrange the trip but the driver in front of the hotel not really respect the decision of guest needed.

I booked a double bed, but it was changed to two single beds at the last minute. The price didn't match the quality of the breakfast.

Perfect stay
The staff was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was all you can wish for. Highly recommended!
