Great hotel with weaknesses at breakfast
The hotel welcomes you with a great lobby. Everything looks new and very clean.
Very friendly reception and check-in. Cozy rooms with a modern bathroom. The beds are very comfortable.
Nice pool on the roof of the hotel. There is also a covered bar there (with happy hour).
Nice and well-equipped gym.
There are only weaknesses with the breakfast. The grilled chicken was dry, there was only white rice with it. Little local food. The rest was the usual standard in hotels, but also rather average. Positive that there are various good egg dishes à la carte and at no extra charge. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
There are several restaurants nearby.
Overall an excellent price-performance ratio, we would book it again. Despite weaknesses at breakfast, 5 points!

Beautiful art deco hotel with fabulous friendly service with a smile every time. The food in restaurant was enjoyable and the swimming pool was lovely and refreshing

TUK TUK in front of the hotel
Everything in the hotel is good, Staff are friendly, elegant and classy, and Perfect location. But one thing that made me disappointed is TukTuk in front of the hotel. On first day I took the Khmer traditional TukTuk go to city tour that arranged by receptionist was very nice, but on second day I asked receptionist again for arrange the TukTuk for Golf club but I didn't tell receptionist to arrange the same driver from yesterday, So on the driver in front of the hotel try to pick me up but I want the same last time TukTuk but the TukTuk in front the hotel still drag me to ride with him, which is not respected to my decision what I wanted. acted unprofessionally, and made what should have been a simple ride into a frustrating experience. As a guest, I expected to feel welcomed and respected, not pressured. even though receptionist really helpful and try to coordinate with the driver and arrange the trip but the driver in front of the hotel not really respect the decision of guest needed.
