fake information and picture

In the introduction of the hotel, it is written that there is free breakfast, and there are also relevant pictures, but the front desk said that the hotel does not provide breakfast at all. I booked this hotel because of the wrong information. I didn't expect such an experience.

The rooms need an upgrade, also the front door chime went off every 10 seconds, not good.

AC did not work. Television did not work drain in the shower. Did not drain went to the front desk. Requested to have these issues fixed. Nothing was ever done would like a full refund

Firstly, the pictures in the advert have been retouched using Photoshop. The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. They have an unusual system: a physical key for the door and a key card to activate the electricity in the room. The jacuzzi had no water. The steam room smelt of mould and appeared to be out of order, as did the sauna. The restaurant only accepts cash. Complimentary toiletries and two bottles of water were provided. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and spoke some English.
