The location is really convenient. You can find many place to dine in by walking. The room is clean. I really enjoyed staying over there. I recommend to every one.

何と言っても圧倒的なコスパが魅力です。1泊4000円以下で55平米の部屋を使えます。IHキッチンはありますが、ありますが、フライパンや鍋はないので自炊する方は事前にホテルにお願いしておいたほうがいいかもしれません。9部屋しかない小さなホテルですが、近くにまた新しいホテルを建設中です。Google Mapのストリートビューではデータが古すぎて建物がまだ建っていません。空港からはTukTukで10米ドルです。ホテルから空港は、2-3米ドルでいけます。ホテル受付は交代制で24時間いますが、英語がわかるスタッフは限られています。ただ英語ができなくてもスマホで翻訳しながら頑張って理解しようとしてくれるので、好感が持てます。湯船はありませんがバストイレも広く、清潔です。ルームクリーニングも丁寧です。
このホテルを経営しているのは農業肥料の会社(MSG)で、ホテルは社屋を兼ねています。受付の横に肥料などが展示してあって、不思議な感じです。さて、立地ですが便利ではありません。バーなどは近くに何件かありますが、繁華街からはだいぶ離れているので歩いて行くことはできません。ただTukTukはとても安いので毎日ナイトスポットへ2ドルの往復(計4ドル)をしたとしても宿泊費が安いのでどうと言うことはありません。繁華街へはTukTukで10分くらいで行けます。Grabアプリを使えばぼったくりの心配もありません。呼ぶと1分くらいですぐ来てくれます。
リーズナブルに広く快適な部屋を求めるのであればベストチョイスでしょう。
55 square-meter room for USD 30 is extremely reasonable. The room is clean and cozy. The room has a kitchen, but frying pan and other necessary items are not provided. International channels are available on TV. Two 300ml water bottles are provided eacj day with powder coffee and a tea bag. A oothbrush with a tube paste is also provided. The hotel is not close to the central area of the city, but it is within Two-dollar tuktuk ride. Grab app helps you find a tuktuk, and it usually comes within two minutes. The only problem may be that most of the receptionist cannnot understand English, but it is not a big deal. The try very their best to communicate with you using the apps. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Good for a long stay.

The SSB Residence is in a good location. The room provides a kitchen and cutlery if you cook and intend to stay for long. They don't have a restaurant, so you need to go out or you can order food from the food panda app. The room is clean but small ants are entering in and they are busy all over the walls and floor. Overall I love the room .
