The stay got off to a bad start when we arrived at 11pm only to be told we had no reservation and the hotel was fully booked. We had received confirmation that the room was guaranteed and paid for through hotels.com and after disputing the fact for 30 mins the hotel finally found us a room from somewhere.
To be fair after this the stay went smoothly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It surpassed expectations for a 3 star.

Dirty towels

This hotel was the worst we stayed in. They have white turn brown towels, shower with no shower doors, room has odour, cobwebs on the walls, comforter looked so nasty and we could not cover it, there are cockroaches in the rooms. I could go on and on and on with the complaints. The front desk staff were amazing and welcoming.

Pros:
- super friendly staff
- comfy bed, hot water and pressure (i.e. all the comforts you need)
- free airport shuttle
Cons:
- Wifi does not work in the rooms (despite the insistence of the staff). It's relatively OK for basic whatsapp, but you can't load websites. Not OK for an 'international' hotel.
- location is really bizarre - kind of a random industrial area, no real reason to stay around here. Next time I would stay somewhere more central. Taxi drivers do now seem to know the hotel.
I didn't eat in the restaurant - it seemed very expensive, which is perhaps representative of the hotel itself....trying to be something its not

Has potential! But needs work...
