Would highly recommend.

The Fairmont Banff Springs is in a beautiful location overlooking Bow Falls, stunning golf course and a valley with mountainous surrounds and is walking distance to the town centre, however, there is also a public bus route from outside the hotel to town that is complimentary when showing your room key.
You immediately get an amazing first impression when approaching the hotel which is built in the form of a historic Scottish castle. Check in was easy and smooth, and both the doormen and check in staff were helpful, cheerful and friendly.
The room that we had (577) was part of Fairmont Gold and was of a good size, clean, warm and welcoming but in keeping with many of the Fairmont hotels we experienced in Canada the bathroom was very tiny and a little claustrophobic.
The staff throughout the hotel were always helpful, and always greeted you with a smile and the service throughout was to a very high standard.
The gym was well laid out and well stocked with modern equipment and there was a really nice inside pool and hot area attached to the spa. One of the highlights of the hotel for us was the amazing Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course which blew us away. The driving range, the golf course and the amenities within the golf course were first class.
We would definitely recommend the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel either in the summer for biking, trailing and playing golf of course, as well as in the winter when Banff becomes a snow/ski resort.

Anniversary stay

Back for a second stay (last time was 2022) and to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our room was incredibly comfortable and the sleep quality was amazing. All staff were just as good as before. We enjoyed drinks and snacks on the Rundle patio, dinner in The Vermillion Room (thanks so much to Natalie, our Australian server) and then breakfast. It’s an easy walk down to Bow Falls and an easy walk to get into town.
Of course, being a Fairmont you get exceptional service and for a premium price, but it was worth every penny/cent!

Stunning hotel

A beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. We walked from town one day it wasn't too far. The bar restaurant was very nice and the Stock coffee shop was excellent. The secret garden was lovely. We could have stayed longer.
We also explored the nearby falls. Only complaint was the signature bath products which were very heavily scented We've been to three Fairmonts this trip and they all have the rose scent.
There is a convenience store on premise across from the motorcoach entrance.

Beautiful resort

Beautiful hotel with spacious room. It’s located near downtown of Banff. The resort offers free bus with the room key. Nice staff with nice restaurants.

Top stay!!

It was a perfect stay! As an All Accor Limitless member we got a nice upgrade to a larger suite. Top welcome, top breakfast and nice hotel.
