Best cabin Banff

Excellent location, parking is free and off street, cabins are rustic but charming, and fully equipped! BBQ is available, amenities and breakfast are amazing. Our host, Karen, is very personable! Best stay ever!

Old fashioned, central, poor wi fi, Karen makes a great breakfast. It was poor value and I honestly couldn’t recommend

Karen was very welcoming and it is central. We stayed in the old cabin at the back. Karen explained she has been renting the property for 25 years from the 97 year old owner so that is why it needs renovation but she can’t. Her home baked muffins yum!

Great Host

Karin is an outstanding host from her warm welcome on arrival to the daily fresh baked breakfast muffins. The room was warm and cosy, and the bathroom spotless with white fluffy towels. In the evening, we were able to make use of the small cosy guest lounge. Location is excellent, with a variety of restaurants just minutes away. We did not have a car having travelled by bus from Calgary. However, there are plenty of good walks in the area, and the local Roam bus service is excellent.

Sparkling clean cottage with a lovely host

The main advantage of this cottage is Karin, the owner. She is a lovely person with a nice personality and also an exceptional baker! The highlight of our trip to Banff was the freshly baked muffins she served us every morning. The backed goods were guilt free because they were lightly sweetened! The cottage was also sparkling clean and the location is unbeatable.

Great place to stay in Banff

Stayed in the larger cabin for 5 nights. Nothing fancy but we loved it! Very clean and Karin is a great host! About a minute walk from downtown so the location is great! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .
