This property is very good. This is the 4th or 5th time i have stayed. Rooms are modern, clean, new and comfy.
Staff are friendly and bi lingual.
I will definitely stay again

the bath room water was just barely warm like swimming pool water when we took a shower at 9pm and after we complained the water getting warmer at 10pm however, same thing happened in the morning 7 am.
the smoke alarm battery light flashed all night just on top of our bed and really bothered me to get asleep.
when we checked in the small kettle still have some water inside, not sure if somebody left before.

Very good experience. The room is very spacious with two big beds and two TVs. Bathroom is modern and spacious too. The only inconveniences are that the air-conditioner is a bit noisy and there is no restaurant in the hotel and therefore no breakfast.

Well located, comfortable hotel with free parking just east of Quebec City and not far from Montmorency Falls and bridge to l’Île d’Orléans. Staff pleasant, room spacious and quiet. On site spa services we didn’t use. Staff accommodated a last-minute request for which we’re grateful.

Old AC wasn’t keeping up and very noisy which made it difficult to sleep.
Hot water for the shower took forever to get up to warm temperature… annoying.
Not impressed with the room we got for the price
