There were old mattresses in the hallway and we had.to walk through the construction area.to get to the lobby.
The construction is a mess. Had to walk though past tools and materials and trades weren't even working that day.
Used mattresses were really gross to pass in the hallway.
Booked one night in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. Used the tub. Turned it off and when we drained it little black blobs about the size of a peppercorn came out of all of the jets.
Should have taken photos and asked for a refund.
Room was.otherwise clean and the bed was comfortable or this review would be 1 instead of 2.
We won't be back.

Not great, no communication about lack of amenities offered online when booking.
When we arrived the fitness centre is closed, they are short staffed so “can’t guarantee your room will be cleaned or stocked.”, went to have breakfast this morning, were informed they don’t do the hot breakfast at all anymore. They had juice, yogurt, muffins and cereal if that’s your thing. The rooms and hallway smell, and not clean. For over $200 a night, we’re extremely disappointed. We’re there now.
Also, not their fault but the rooms are not very sound proof, trying to sleep with your neighbours sounding like they’re falling through the roof is not great. We’ve travelled many times and never have been interrupted so badly by other people’s noise.
