Great time had by all!

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Mr.Mikes restaurant right beside the hotel was a great place to grab a bite and the hotel gave us a Free appetizer coupon! Our only complaint was the shower hand was a bit short for us. Overall, we had a great day and hoped to come back someday!

Worst hotel experience

We stayed here for 9 days and didn't have our room cleaned once. They emptied our garbage can and that is it. Never made bed and always had to ask for fresh towels. Never cleaned bathroom or vacuumed once. We ran out of toilet paper. Hotel charges us twice for a night we ended up leaving anyways.

The hotel was comfy and staff were lovely. Best part was the new Mr Mikes beside them , it was very good. Definitely recommend

Satisfaction not garenteed. 10/10 not recommended

Room carpet was soaking wet, pooled out when stepping on, dog hair in every drawer and throughout the room. Room amenities were lacking. No hair dryer, room courtesy coffee was not stocked. Hassle upon arrival because I booked a pet friendly room online and was charged but not available when we arrived. Was sent to the room with our dog anyway with an approval, just had to pay pet deposit, then after being in the room and seeing the conditions, having the front desk clerk come and verify the soaking carpeted room, and copious amounts of dog hair, was thwn asked by management to pay an additional $250. Management then took their time responding to the clerk, that we did not agree with their request as we had been sent into the room with our dog before that request and because the condition of the room. Upon checkout we were still charged for the night stay and the pet fee. We should have been comped at the very least. No one else would have stayed in the room and it was 9pm before everything was settled and with 2 small children, a senior, a dog, and myself it would have been a hassle to up and leave and then check in somewhere else.

Lobby, hallways and breakfast room were definitely in need of a vacuum and cleaning. Breakfast area was unclean, garbage bins overflowing, dirty tables and spilled cereal, batter and coffee everywhere. It seems the hotel is running too thin on staff as the reception desk was trying to keep up with a very busy breakfast and folding laundry on the side. The hotel rooms were fine and the breakfast was plentiful…if you could find a spoon or willing to wait for someone to come and refill the coffee, yogurts or waffle batter!
