Property manager (Tina) was very personable and helpful. Tina truly cared that you have a pleasant experience. The area was very safe. The bedroom and bath were very clean.

Although the communication with the property owner before our arrival was thorough and detailed, the property itself was not as we had expected. The pictures online didn't realistically convey the actual condition of the place. The bathroom had mold on one of the boards visible under the sink, and the bathmat was full of mold. Also the window curtains had only sheers, which could be seen through at night time when the bedroom lights were on. Lastly, the air conditioning didn't work.

It was difficult to get in the building and there were WAY too many rules to read fromt he host before we got in. The room was decent but the AC was broken and there were not enough towels. The decor was pretty cheap looking.
We were confused since we assumed this was a hotel, but it’s actually more like an AirB&B.
There is a small shared kitchen. You have to pay if you want to use their food to make breakfast, but if you bring your own food in, you can heat it up and keep it in the fridge while you are there.
Overall, not a bad place to go if you just need to crash for the night, but I think there are just some small things that could be fixed to make this place better.

Asian fusion meets 1965 meets garage sale

Our experience was horrible. We booked for 2 nights and would have left after the first night but we couldn’t find another place. The first sign you see is please take your shoes off with a bunch of used slippers. No thank you. The greeting area had probably a fifty year old worn out couch that you sank to the ground in if you sat. Our room was horrible. Just a shear drape on the window so the sun came blaring in. The towels were almost threadbare and we received 2 hand towels and 2 paper thin towels for four nights. The bathroom door did not shut all the way unless some pushed it closed from the outside. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee.signs everywhere “ Don’t touch this or don’t eat that!! To unload the luggage we had a rather steep hill wit h dimly lit solar lights. When you first walk up there are half hung shabby drapes covering something? A patio?? The pillows were paper thin the sheets didn’t stay on the bed. Everything was like it came from a garage sale . I could go on and on but I’ll just say do some research. I trusted the 3 1/2 star review. My bad

Tourist trap

I got ripped off! I didn't want to sleep in the room; I had to book myself a room at the same price in a hotel 1,000,000x better in the center of Charlottetown. And obviously I couldn't get a refund. There were damp streaks on the walls, the faucet was loose, the double bed was actually two single beds... it's not at all what I thought I had booked; you're better off camping!
Don't waste your money!
