The only area that needs improvement is the bathroom cleaning in our room. The floor was quite dirty especially in the corners and under the bathroom sink.

We paid for room with a jacuzzi tub and it turned out we couldn’t use it. The jets spewed chunks of material when we turned it on. The bathtub in the bathroom didn’t have a drain plug so we couldn’t have a bath and the bed was so terribly uncomfortable. Huge dip in the mattress and it felt like sleeping on a trampoline. Every time one of us moved in our sleep the whole mattress jumped.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and every time the condition of the room was worse. We will be hard pressed to stay there again

Great hotel !

Best hotel experience! The place is so clean as well as the rooms. The breakfast is always fresh and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be returning and recommending this room to others !

Amazing hotel

Great stay overall. Such a well kept and clean hotel. Good breakfast. And wonderful staff. The front desk lady Tatiana was such a sweetheart. She was more than helpful and accommodating with my husband and I, we were treated so well during our stay. Great atmosphere and close to other business centres. Thank you Ramada we will be returning !!

Would stay again. Some what dated flooring. Good breakfast and gym. Good value for money.
