Recommend a place to stay I would go back because of the prices and we'll maintain facilities.

Was probably a nice hotel in the past.

This place should be called Chateau Vetus not Nova. We booked the "Executive Room", which was more like a room in a homeless shelter. The air conditioner didn't work in one room (the temperature was 80F), the cook top was smashed, the cutlery in the kitchen consisted of one knife and two spoons, one of which looked like it was used for heating crack. The microwave had about 2 years of grease and lint on it. For a non-smoking room it stunk of smoke and now all my clothes do too. The shower curtain was torn, there was someone else's hair in the shower and the shampoo they supply is like Pine-Sol. The bed sheet cover, while appearing sort of clean, was full of holes. The pillows were like bricks.
Yeah we're out of here tomorrow, and take my advice don't even considering staying here.

Great staff. Good location, security in building which seemed unneeded but better than not having it! Great food in the restaurant!

The best way to explain this was like having a 1980s penthouse. It’s in need of major renovations but was clean.

Good location close to shopping , close to hospital , good restaurant very friendly staff will stay here again
