Room very clean - quiet overall stay
Breakfast - average - no real fruit to enjoy other than that, it was a nice area and staff kept it clean. Thank you
We ty to stay here when we have appointments on the west side of the city, we will be back - always enjoy our stay here

Noise can be an issue especially on the 1st floor where the room hallway opens up to the lobby(why is this door kept open I have no idea?) and kids sprint down the halls and rattle doors.
Breakfast area is a cramped nightmare where you are fighting for a spot especially on the weekends and there is not enough seating for everyone. I didn't even more going for my included breakfast after 1st morning, because the experience was so unpleasant.
Hotel is in good shape and rooms are very clean and spacious, but the lighting in the rooms are dim and its inadequate. lighting is good in the bathroom though.
Hotel is very overrated in my view and the cost is not justified.

Hotel rooms are big. Pool was down for maintenance which we were not made aware of before our stay. Breakfast staff has a hard time keeping food. You are suppose to be able to build your own breakfast sandwich but at no time in our 3 breakfast we’re all the items for the breakfast sandwich available at the same time.
