Dreamy experience. It was amazing!!!
This dual hotel shares a roof, amenities like workout facility, pool, and lobby/reception including check in, with a Residence Inn, and it works beautifully. Plenty of FREE parking! This hotel is gorgeous, clean, and well appointed. Our room was beautiful and plush with a dreamy bed and wonderful shower. The towels are thick and soft. It ticked all our boxes. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and Annie who checked us in gifted us with a bottle of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet for both days. She was lovely and answered our many questions. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summer Getaway
Courtyard is in an excellent location, near Dartmouth Crossing and so easy to get on and off the highway. The staff is friendly and the rooms very clean. We didn't check out the pool, but many other families were. Shout out to Tojo Mayers who made our stay extra special after noting we were celebrating a special event!

Was ok, not great.
The location is excellent, with very close walking and driving access to everything in the area. The atmosphere is decent, and there is a nice courtyard if you want to sit outside. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
However, there were drawbacks to my stay. The staff was generally not very friendly. The bathroom was outdated; specifically, the toilets are not comfort height and lack handrails, which makes them difficult for seniors or anyone with mobility issues to use.
Additionally, the soundproofing seems poor, as we could hear nearly every word from the guests in the neighboring room.
The most concerning issue was the breakfast area: there were ants crawling all over the counter. While the two attendants were actively wiping the area down, the ants returned immediately, which was quite distressing and forced me to leave.
On a positive note, the bar area was pleasant, and the waitress was great—she made an excellent margarita.

Overpriced amenities
I stay here monthly for work, hotel is perfectly fine, prices do get crazy. If you’re here for pleasure, stay on the Halifax side when the rates are up. Avoid the bar, there is a liquor store walking distance up the street - you can get a bottle of Kim Crawford there for less than the price of a glass at the bar. Four Seasons prices in Dartmouth.

Breakfast was not included with our stay. Which was a disappointment considering you're paying $200+ a night.
