Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and cosy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable!

Pricing is extremely high for a place to sleep for 1 night. Kenora hotels are gouging their visitors because of their location and lack of competition. Door handle on room was broken and only opened by pushing up on the handle. They do have 120 volt plugs which come in handy for winter block heaters and battery charging.

Amazing room

What an amazing room. Looks on the outside as a standard roadside motel that's been fixed up on the outside.
Check in was quick and we were even early and got our room.
The room was immaculate and completely upgraded to something I'd never seen before nor expected from a small inn.
The entire room was upgraded furnishings and fully renovated bathroom. Floors were terrazzo and were heated.
Toilet was environmentally friendly with #1 or #2 flush and shower had good pressure as well as a working hand held shower head.
Price was high for a small room but comparable to other chain hotels in the area for far less attractive rooms.
I highly recommend anyone traveling through/to Kenora to stay here

Coming from the States I was not sure what to expect, but the room was great, clean, more than I expected.
