The room was clean, the pool warm and the slide kept the kids entertained for hours. My children really enjoyed this hotel stay over others in other properties. Complementary breakfast was fresh in the restaurant. Staff members were helpful and pleasant. We will be back.

Front desk was helpful upon check in. We were directed to our room on the backside of the property. Upon arrival to the door, the key card did not work. We returned to the front desk where a different agent "reset the cards" We entered the room through the hallway and then discovered the outside door scanner was not working at all.
The room was "damp" the carpet was very damp and wet when you stepped on it and the whole room had musty smell.
Upon checkout I did let the clerk know about the 2 issues and all he did was repeat what I said and replied with "ok". No apology or assurances this is not common for this site? It almost seemed like I was bothering him by taking him away from what he was doing on the computer, he barely looked up at me to interact.

Horrible customer service horrible experience yelling manager

Very poor experience booked the pool for a party. Was not told that the hot tub was not working either at the time of booking on the phone or when I paid for it at thefront desk when I went to the front desk to ask about it and inquire about a discount because it wasn’t working the lady from the back came up and started yelling at me saying I was wrong very unprofessional. I will forward this to all my friends and family and informed them not to stay at the BCMI Lloydminster.

Temperature consistency was good.and not noisy. Traffic noise started very early in morning.
Staff were very kind and helpful
Older facility but important things had been renovated nicely
Pool looked great too

Reservation-Okay Horrible management

Planning to stay this June for a wedding. Reservations booked and confirmed. I find out from family, NOT anyone from the company that suddenly they have NO rooms available. Block of rooms for wedding unbooked in favour of another group to potentially make more money. Completely unprofessional in every aspect. No phone call, no reason given, just an email with NO explanation. Never would recommend a place that would treat potential customers in the manner that we were treated
