Chic hotel in Moncton

This was our second visit. The people at the front desk were extremely welcoming. Last time we were here some of the accessible door buttons didn't work and I had mentioned it. I asked about it and was assured they had been fixed and they had.
Our room is lovely. There is a kettle for tea and lots of natural light. The hotel is clean and furnished elegantly.

Terrible stay

Parked the car with bike rack on it and 2 bikes in hotel paid parking area. Bike rack and bike was damaged in the night. The manager stated the guest should have taken the bikes into their room SINCE IT IS A KNOWN HIGH CRIME AREA! To make it worse, the police came knocking on every guest room door inthe night because of a police involved event. The hotel didn't have cameras showing the area where the car was parked, so no police report could be made. The hotel and guest services were unresponsive to our concerns. Told us it was our responsibility. I Do Not recommend anyone stay here.

Great location with a wonderful staff and super clean rooms!

We stayed here in a bi-level suite. What a great room. The place was quiet and the balcony was a welcome touch to just sit and relax on. The parking is private and reasonably priced. We did breakfast on site and had a good meal. We just had a great stay! Thank you!

Perfect road trip stop! Trendy, clean, and highly recommended

We stayed here as a family stop during our East Coast road trip, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a very trendy, modern vibe, and we loved how they display art from local artists throughout the property. The rooms and common areas were incredibly clean, and the location is perfect—within easy walking distance to some great local restaurants downtown. To top it off, the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Moncton!
