Great place to stay for late arrival and early departure. Place is clean and kinda silent, and the staff is very friendly.

The capsule itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed felt great and clean. I slept very well It was great because the doors locked and there was a mirror in the capsule. The location was also perfect. Easily walk to old Montreal and visit some popular spots. The staff were also incredibly nice.
Some negatives: The showers and sink area felt dirty. The towels smelled extremely bad like mildew and were worn thin. I smelled of mildew all morning after using the towel. The shower also had run out of body wash and there was stagnant water everywhere and no offer to buy shower shoes.
Overall not a bad stay, would recommend for a quick cheap stay or someone interested in a capsule experience.

I was very unhappy that they refused to refund me my deposit of $100. I asked repeatedly but nothing. I would NOT recommend staying/ booking with them as they have proven to be dishonest & untrustworthy.

Excellent Service
I had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and truly top-notch. The rooms and facilities exceeded my expectations, and everything was comfortable throughout my stay.
A special thanks to Nassim for the excellent service. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future!

Have a lie in
I had stayed one night at capsule, my first impression was the receptionist enthusiasm to satisfy they customers needs by detailed all instructions for well being and feeling like home. Secondly securise intimate cabinet bed . In fact, this place is nice with even moderate budget . Thanks capsule for always being there .
