Rooms were exceptional large and clean. The best room we have had on our weeklong road trip - and this was our last night. Thermostat worked well, and it was so nice and cool to sleep. Breakfast had many options to eat. Lots of seating, and nicely set up. Our teenage kiddos had a great time on the waterslide. Would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity ever came up!

Two visits over 15 day trip. Seemed under staffed 2nd visit and breakfast was not as good.

Everything was great at the Mossamin Canalta. We booked for the waterslide and the entire pool area did not disappoint. The pool was warm and the hot tub was large. The room was clean and spacious with a nice desk that I used while doing some work for our business. There were lots of options at the breakfast and we pleasantly surprised that it opened at 5! We’ll definitely come back on our way to and from SK again!

Questionable care of the hotel.

The beds were comfortable but the general care of the hotel is questionable. Canalta is the most expensive hotel in Moosimin and choices are very limited. We have stayed here before and had similar concerns. We left a review at that time too. Last time the curtains were being held up with tacks. This time, when we opened the main curtains, the sheers in behind were awful. The right side had holes, the left side was torn in half, so we only had the sheer covering the top half of the window. We mentioned at the front desk and whomever I talked to, seemed disinterested. We drove around the hotel and found 10 other windows with curtains in terrible conditions. We have called the corporate office.

Great place to stay

First time staying in a Canalta. It didn’t disappoint. Rooms were clean. Pool area was great for kids and hot tub big for many adults.
Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. Eggs, bacon, yogurt, mini waffles. From desk staff friendly and inviting.
Room air conditioning worked perfectly! beds so comfortable. Was also shocked at how high the room ceiling was. Room felt huge.
Elevator made odd noise. I forgot to tell front desk about it. But it worked.
Overall will stay there in the future when stopping at moosomin.
