We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was enjoyable.
The only downside was that during the night there was an unpleasant smell coming from outside the hotel, which was noticeable and affected the comfort of our stay. Fortunately, this seemed to be an outdoor issue rather than a problem with the hotel itself.
Despite that, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY

TERRIBLE front desk service. Woman was extremely rude. For the front of house you expect a certain level of professionalism and friendliness. She was neither. Should be fired. Room was terrible and facing a very busy road. Bathroom had garbage left on the floor and hair on the shower wall. Gross. My husband needed a receipt for work purposes but was told it would be online and she wouldn’t provide one. He phoned when we returned home to have a receipt emailed and she was again super rude and eventually after he asked for the manager she said NO and hung up on him. Never will we stay at a Ramada chain anywhere, ever because of this experience.

The hotel is very dated, but the room was clean. Breakfast was very limited and the breakfast room was grim, with only disposal cutlery and bowls We had a blocked toilet on check in, when I told reception the only option was “oh you can use our plunger”. I am not going to pay a good price for a hotel room and then clean up someone else’s poop. Not recommended.

Great stay! I liked the safety precautions they have, you can't go up the elevator without an access card and the parking lot had safety cameras. The room was very large and comfortable & clean. Free breakfast. Can't go wrong with this place.

Not a 4 star experience.........

Not a 4 star hotel my overall experience was I needed a place to stay while i was working there and that is the purpose the Ramada served. The room are decent but dingy the carpet was disgusting and the air in the hotel smelled musty. The bathroom was subpar I am 6'2" and the shower was made for someone shorter than me. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to stay due to the lack of integrity of the staff in this hotel. One more the breakfast was not worth attending very little choice and bland. My co-worker would go to Tim Horton's then partake in the breakfast at the Ramada. I know times are tough but for what I was charged I would expect a better experience.
